Enjoy nourishing meals to heal from the inside, menstrual cycle informed yoga classes that will meet you where you are at, inspiring workshops and women's circles, all while immersed in the rich and vibrant culture of Morocco.

Daily yoga & movement classes will help you to connect to your body, as well as transformational workshops, women's circles, time for stillness & reflection, beach trips and a traditional Moroccan Hammam spa experience.

Order of the day

We can't wait to welcome you, and we have a lovely day planned:

  • 11.45 - Arrival & welcome drinks

  • 12.10-12.45: Fitness Pilates 

  • 12.45-1.30: Yin yoga

  • 1.30-3pm: Lunch & optional forest walk

  • 3-4pm: Mindfulness activity (face scrubs/lymphatic drainage & face yoga) 

  • 4.15-4.45: Manifestation/intention setting for 2nd half of year

  • 5-5.20: Yoga Nidra

  • 5.20-6.10: Sound healing 

  • 6.10: Close & goodbyes

Included in the retreat price is a delicious lunch, teas, coffees & snacks, goody bag, and natural skincare to take home. We also have all mats, props & equipement, bring yourself!

Our Venue: Cucumber Fields

Nestled amidst glorious woodlands, apple orchards, and animal paddocks, Cucumber Fields is an award-winning wellness sanctuary designed to nourish your mind, body, and soul.

We have access to the large wellness barn for our practices, as well as a kitchen for refreshments, tea & coffee, and a full dining table for our lunch & natural skincare workshop. The grounds are also open and (weather depending), we will have some practices ouside, as well as an optional nature walk after lunch - or just relax and read your book!

With ample complimentary parking and a welcoming atmosphere, Cucumber Fields is the perfect retreat to escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature, and give yourself a well deserved pause.

Beth Lomax, Level 3 Diploma Pilates & Health Coach

Beth has always had a keen interest in preventative health and lifestyle medicine, and one of her main aims is to support and empower individuals to make long term positive and consistent health change.
 

Cat, 500 hr Advanced Yoga Teacher & Menstrual Cycle Coach

Cat has been teaching yoga for 7 years and has specialised in yoga for women's health, using principals from Womb Yoga therapy & menstrual cycle coaching. She uses a holistic approach to promote healing & finding balance
